Down by the Bay
I have just finished Illustrations for a collaboration with Martii Maclean on her next book, The Adventures of Isabelle Necessary. This delightful, middle grade chapter book is due for release in a few months time. A book that will appeal across generations for the sheer delight of revisiting some of the wonderful experiences and adventures from our childhoods, past and present. I’m looking forward to revisiting Isabelle and her friends in Saggy Bay for some adventures when the print book will be released around October 2018. I enjoyed reading my book “Dream” to the gorgeous children of St. James’ Kindergarten in the Bayside suburb of Cleveland. A Reggio inspired curriculum is on offer at this lovely, community kindergarten. What a creative audience they were! Sharing their knowledge and experiences during our story time, the children helped to bring my book to life!

Making Dream Catchers
27th July 2017
Today I had the pleasure of reading my book “Dream” to the students of Cannon Hill Community Kindergarten. What a lovely group of children they were. To extend upon the reading experience, I then invited the children to make their own dream catchers weaving their creativity into a craft activity.

Drawings from a recent holiday to Moreton Island have inspired ideas for writing. To me, there is nothing like an adventure that includes a boat trip, sand between your toes, sea stars on a beach and snorkelling on a reef to stir the creativity in your soul. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram to see more of my inspiration and creativity.

The book launch of my first children’s picture book “Dream” at The Mad Hatter’s Bookshop in Manly, Queensland. A lovely afternoon celebrated with family and friends.
